About
Harry McCahill is a British competitive freediver, national record holder, and AIDA Master Instructor based in Dominica. After discovering the sport during the pandemic, he relocated to the Caribbean in 2022 to train full-time — and in 2025 finished 8th in the world in Constant Weight No Fins, the discipline's purest and most demanding form. The deepest no-fins diver in Britain and second-deepest in British history, he holds three CMAS national records and earned a wild card to the 2026 AIDA Depth World Championships in Limassol. Alongside competing, Harry coaches divers from beginner to competition level, grounded in relaxation, technique, and nervous-system control.
Founder, Co-Owner & Managing Director of Blue Element Freediving Inc, Dominica — a world-class training centre and host of an international competition.
